Private Cove is a brand new lakefront home with amazing views on the Private Side of Lake Anna. This charming waterfront retreat is the perfect spot for large groups to create unforgettable memories. Take in the gorgeous blue lake water views and breathtaking sunsets from the private sandy beach, large dock, outdoor fire pit, or enclosed furnished deck. Our fully stocked home offers fun activities for the whole family, including games, ping pong, a hot tub, kayaks, paddle boards, and water toys.
This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay—from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.

We provide lots of water toys including kayaks and paddle boards. Enjoy the panoramic blue water lake views from the large dock, atop of our deck with a screened in room, or from the comfort of inside the home through many of the large windows. Roast some delicious s'mores outside using our outdoor fire pit, or have a BBQ using our grill. Inside, this expansive home has plenty of space for everyone with 7 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, an open floor plan and multiple living areas. Relax in the spacious main great room with water views through the huge bright windows, large French doors, a gas fireplace, and 4K Smart TV. Hang out in the huge lower level game room and play shuffleboard, watch a movie from our cozy large sectional couch, or have fun playing family appropriate games. This is one of the few homes at Lake Anna with High Speed Internet and a dedicated workspace, so you could work remotely if necessary. Alternatively, you could use the High Speed Internet and Free Wi-Fi network throughout the home to enjoy your time off and stream your favorite shows while you FaceTime everyone!
The main floor has an open floor plan with a great room and adjacent large kitchen, pantry, dining room, spacious office, and In-Law Suite (Queen bed). The upper level has a loft area and laundry room, and 4 additional bedrooms including 3 nice sized Suites (Queen beds), and 1 huge Primary Suite with water views, a King Bed, 2 large walk-in closets, and an extra large bathroom with a dual vanity and shower! The lower level has the game room, a full bathroom, and 2 more bedrooms including the bunk room.

Our fully equipped home is ready to go with a spacious gourmet kitchen that easily accommodates a large group or entire family with lots of countertop space, a pantry, new stainless steel appliances, and all the tools you need to make your own world famous super secret recipe. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy our plentiful outdoor spaces, and dock, deck, porch, and grill. We have all kinds of fun activities including water toys, a fire pit, smart TV's, board games, books, and an assortment of toys. If you want to use a Boat or Jet Ski during your stay, you have access to a nearby boat ramp and our private slip. We also offer everything you would need for an extended stay including a washer & dryer.

**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
